How can I manage my bookings on the previous site?
You will still be able to access your bookings that were made on the travelmob/HomeAway Asia platform.

1) Click on your dashboard -> Reservations
2) Select ‘Other Reservations’

Clicking ‘Other Reservations’ will bring you to a separate page where your live bookings made on the travelmob/HomeAway Asia site will appear.
 
Why can’t I see my current/existing bookings and conversations on the new site?
To access your existing bookings from the previous platform, log in to your Dashboard, go to Reservations and click on ‘Other Bookings’ under the drop-down menu
 
Where can I check my existing bookings and conversations?
To access your existing bookings from the previous platform, log in to your Dashboard, go to Reservations and click on ‘Other Reservations’ under the drop-down menu
 
To access your existing inquiries from the previous platform, log in to your Dashboard, go to Inbox and click on ‘Other Conversations’ under the drop-down menu.
 
How do I access my confirmed bookings?
You can access your bookings that has been confirmed at www.homeaway.com.sg/legacy/reservations

Why do I have to create a new HomeAway account to make a booking request?
To maintain greater security for online transactions, all HomeAway partners who may have been logging in via social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google+) will be required to have a unique HomeAway password for future transactions.
