What do I have to do?

You will receive a series of emails from us to ensure that you are aware of the site upgrade, when it is happening, what it means for you and what you will need to do.

You will not be required to do anything to your account and listings, until we let you know the exact date of the site upgrade, and provide you with the link to log in to activate your upgraded account.

However, please take note of the following, prior to the launch:

1) If you are still logging in to the HomeAway site via your Facebook or Google+ account, we recommend that you create a HomeAway password so that your account will be further protected from unauthorized access.

a. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ at the login page, and input your email address that is linked to your HomeAway account. Follow the link with instructions to reset your password.

2) Eligible owners will receive an email with a link to activate their upgraded account. Before clicking on the link, please ensure that you have the following at hand:

a. Your HomeAway login & password

b. Your mobile phone for security verification:
You will be prompted to input a security verification code upon your first login. Have your
mobile phone with you to avoid any delays.

c. Bank Account Details:
Please have your bank account details ready to set up your payment information.

You will typically require the following details:
- Bank Name (*Please ensure your account name matches your bank account name*)
- Account Name
- Account Number
- Bank Code
- Branch Code

Note: Please complete your upgrade on your PC, and not on your mobile
